To all of my beautiful sisters in the Congo.....

you are beautiful, unique expressions of God, all of you. You are totally lovable and precious. You are my mother, my sister, my daughter, my auntie, my grandmother, my friend. My heart is with you all the time. I send you love every day and would wrap my arms around you and hold you if I could. I pray that those who would harm you in any way remember who they are... the same as all of us, innocent children of God. I pray that they realize the grave and horrible error of their ways RIGHT NOW and that they allow themselves to feel sorrow and remorse for all of the devastation they have caused you. I THANK GOD for you and for your existence and I hold you in the softest, sweetest, gentlest light possible and see you as whole and complete, your heart and spirit and body intact. You are a perfect expression of the divine. The tragedy of men losing their minds takes nothing away from who you are. You are beautiful. You are worthy of love. You are innocent.

I encourage all to take time to dream and visualize daily for the highest good of all of humanity. We must feel and see it into being. We must know in our heart of hearts that the violence is all because people forget who they are. People who live in their hearts, or at the very least, in their right minds, do… Continue

i am well - in boulder Co. I have been studying maya abdominal uterine massage and ceremonial dance - doing my part to heal the feminine - one woman at a time - hoping to be useful and made use of in the best way -
cultivating patience - my own health and finances have been a mystery that i am committed to surrender and patience!
Hope all is beautiful in your world!

As the violence in the Eastern DRC continues, your support & your voice are critical. Hundreds of thousands of women and girls have been raped, and thousands more are at risk every day.

SHOW YOUR SUPPORT , let the women of the Congo hear you, speak out against this violence, send your message of hope, empowerment, change and victory.

CHANGING THE STORY
Join V-Day’s global campaign STOP RAPING OUR GREATEST RESOURCE: POWER TO THE WOMEN AND GIRLS OF DRC and bring much needed attention to the needs of Congolese women and girls.

The atrocities being perpetrated against women and girls in the Democratic Republic of Congo are nothing less than a femicide.
